Freedom of the speech in Thailand


In this world, everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; the right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers.

For Thailand is the country where administers in the democratic system, under the democratic from of government with the King as Head of State. Subject to the provisions of the constitution, human dignity, rights, liberties and equality by the Thai people under conventions pursuant to a democratic from of government with the King as Head of state and Thailand’s existing international obligations shall be protected under the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand, so Freedom of the speech in Thailand has a freedom very much. In Thailand can speak everything but shall be based on the human dignity, rights, liberties and equality of the everyone according to the Thailand‘s law. However, the Thailand‘s law adopts that The King is Head of State and holds the position of Head of the Thai Armed Forces and The King shall be enthroned in a position of revered worship and shall not be violated, accused or sued in any manner whatsoever. So, The People can not be violated, accused or sued the King in any manner whatsoever. However, Freedom of the speech in some countries can be violated, accused or sued the Royal Institution of that country in any manner whatsoever such as the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland can be violated, accused or sued the Royal Institution .

Finally, we will observe that the Freedom of the speech is a important thing of everyone in this world. It can permit with everyone to express one’s opinion according to the right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers but shall be based on the human dignity, rights, liberties and equality of the everyone according to the each countries ‘s law.
